4 large egg whites, room temperature

🥣 Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.

Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake for 8–10 minutes. Cool while preparing filling.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy (no lumps).

Add sour cream, heavy cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, and flour.

3. Bake the Cheesecake
