🥣 Instructions
1. Heat-Treat the Flour (Important!)
To make the cookie dough safe to eat:

Spread flour on a baking sheet.

Bake at 300°F for 5–7 minutes, or until it reaches 165°F.

Let cool completely.
2. Make the Edible Cookie Dough

In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy (about 2 minutes).

Add milk and vanilla; mix to combine.

Add cooled heat-treated flour and salt; mix until a soft dough forms.

Fold in mini chocolate chips.

Refrigerate dough 15–20 minutes to firm slightly.
3. Prepare the Brownie Centers

Cut cooled brownies into ¾–1 inch cubes.

Place pieces on a tray and freeze for 15 minutes so they’re easier to wrap.
4. Assemble the Brownie Bombs

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into your hand.

5. Dip in Chocolate
