Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cups sugar
– 3/4 cup vegetable oil
– 3 eggs
– 2 cups grated zucchini
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Brown Butter Frosting:
– 1/2 cup butter
– 4 cups powdered sugar
– 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 3 tablespoons milk

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, oil, and eggs until well combined.
3. Stir in the grated zucchini and vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture, stirring until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
8. For the frosting, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
9. In a large bowl, combine the browned butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Beat until smooth and creamy.
10. Spread the frosting over the cooled zucchini bars. Cut into squares and serve.
