Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons lemon zest
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Glaze:
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the baking dish.
7. To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
8. Pour the glaze over the cooled brownies and spread evenly. Allow the glaze to set before cutting into squares and serving.
