Yum Yum Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Yum Yum Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle the Yum Yum sauce over the chicken breasts, or serve it on the side as a dipping sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides, such as rice, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.
