White Cheddar & Spinach Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:
Ground chicken
Fresh spinach, chopped
White cheddar cheese, shredded
Garlic, minced
Onion powder
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil (for cooking)
Burger buns
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, condiments
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form into burger patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown on both sides.
5. Toast the burger buns if desired.
6. Assemble the burgers with your preferred toppings and condiments. Serve warm.
