Warm Crack Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for topping)
Directions:
Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Add Bacon and Cheese: Stir in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
Assemble the Dip: Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish (8×8-inch or similar size). If you’d like, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top for a cheesy finish.
Bake: Place the dip in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
