Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy, based on preference)
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions:
Cook the Sausage:
In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
Mix in Cream Cheese & Rotel:
Add the softened cream cheese to the skillet with the cooked sausage. Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy.
Stir in the drained Rotel tomatoes, mixing until well combined. Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Prepare the Crescents:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the crescent rolls onto a baking sheet, separating them into triangles.
