  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

For the Caramel Layer

  • 1 cup soft caramel candies, unwrapped

  • 3 Tbsp heavy cream

For the Chocolate Layer

  • 1½ cups milk chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Optional Garnish

  • Chopped peanuts

  • Sea salt flakes

  • Drizzle of white chocolate

Directions

  1. Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool slightly.

  2. Make the Caramel Layer
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candies with heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Pour evenly over the peanut butter crust. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes.

  3. Prepare the Chocolate Layer
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and glossy. Pour over the caramel layer and spread evenly.

  4. Chill & Set
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or until firm.

  5. Serve
Cut into squares or bars. Optional: sprinkle with chopped peanuts or a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
