βπͺ Truffles with Savoiardi, Coffee and Mascarpone
These no-bake truffles are rich, creamy, and infused with the bold flavor of coffee. Perfect for an elegant dessert or a quick sweet treat with your espresso!
π Ingredients (makes about 15 truffles)
200 g savoiardi (ladyfingers), crushed into fine crumbs
250 g mascarpone cheese
100 ml strong coffee (cooled)
2 tablespoons sugar
50 g bitter cocoa powder (for coating)

Make the Mixture:
In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone and sugar until smooth and creamy. Slowly add the coffee and stir until fully incorporated.
Add the Crumbs:
Stir in the crushed savoiardi until the mixture is thick and uniform. It should be soft but moldable. If itβs too soft, refrigerate for 10β15 minutes.
Shape the Truffles:
Scoop out small portions and roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
Coat in Cocoa:
Roll each truffle in bitter cocoa powder until fully coated.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the truffles for at least 1 hour before serving to firm them up.

Want a sweeter touch? Mix cocoa powder with a little powdered sugar before coating.
For a twist, add a splash of coffee liqueur or a dash of vanilla extract to the mix.
These truffles store well in the fridge for 3β4 days β if they last that long!
