Tropical Orange Creamsicle Truffles – A Sweet No-Bake Delight

Tropical Orange Creamsicle Truffles – A Sweet No-Bake Delight
Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup orange candy melts (optional)
Sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, orange zest, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange extract. Use a hand mixer or spoon to mix until smooth and fully combined.
Gradually add in the graham cracker crumbs, stirring until well incorporated. The mixture should be firm enough to roll into balls.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small truffle-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted and smooth.
If using orange candy melts, melt them in a separate bowl the same way.
Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them back onto the parchment paper. If using orange candy melts, dip the truffles into the candy melts for an extra layer of color and flavor.
Once all the truffles are coated, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles if desired for a fun, festive touch.
Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set. Once set, serve and enjoy!
