This rich and decadent fudge pie is a chocolate lover’s dream! With its gooey, fudgy center and a perfectly baked crust, it’s a dessert that will wow everyone at your next gathering. Plus, itβs easy to make and incredibly delicious!
π Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
π©βπ³ Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Melt Chocolate and Butter:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
Make the Pie Filling:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the melted chocolate-butter mixture, and then add the flour and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the Filling:
Pour the chocolate filling into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake the Pie:
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft and fudgy. The center will firm up as the pie cools.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Itβs best served at room temperature or slightly chilled, topped with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
π‘ Tips:
For an extra chocolatey kick, try adding a few tablespoons of chocolate chips to the filling before baking.
You can also add a pinch of espresso powder to intensify the chocolate flavor.
Enjoy this rich, decadent fudge pie with your loved ones! π«π° #FudgePie #ChocolateDessert #PieLovers
