Ingredients:
1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, melted
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
1 cup (200g) brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Preheat your oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix the sugars and butter:
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fully combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla:
Add in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the flour:
Slowly add the flour to the mixture and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to keep the brownies tender.
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter). For extra fudgy brownies, bake for a shorter time.
Cool:
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
