Texas Trash Dip
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Tortilla chips for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and shredded Mexican cheese blend until well combined.
Stir in the diced green chilies and spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Top the dip with shredded cheddar cheese and black olives (if using).
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
