Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Prepare the foil packets:
Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut 2 large sheets of aluminum foil, enough to wrap the chicken and vegetables securely.
Season the chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and teriyaki sauce. Toss the chicken to coat evenly.
Assemble the packets:
