🧾 Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
For the Spicy Mayo Dip:
½ cup mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to spice preference)
1 tsp lime juice or rice vinegar
Optional: pinch of sugar for balance

Mix & Roll 🍖
In a bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix until just combined, then roll into 1-inch balls.
Cook ‘Em 🔥
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.

Mix mayo, Sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
