Tender Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites

Tender Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites

Ingredients:
– 1 1/4 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
1. Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the edges are crispy and browned, and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the butter and allow it to melt. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped thyme, rosemary, and parsley to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them to coat evenly with the garlic herb butter. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through and combine the flavors.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
