Tender Crockpot Chicken Delight
Ingredients:
4 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Mix the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Cook:
Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serve:
Remove the chicken thighs from the slow cooker and shred or serve whole.
Stir the sauce in the slow cooker to combine and thicken if needed.
Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked rice or noodles.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
