Tender Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme (if using).
Brush each pork chop with olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down lightly to adhere.
Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). The chops should be golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
