Mix the base
In a blender or bowl, combine the Tang powder and cold water. Stir or blend until the powder dissolves completely. -
Add the creamy ingredients
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Blend or whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. -
Taste and adjust
If you want it sweeter, add 1–2 tablespoons of sugar and mix again. -
Fill the bags
Carefully pour the mixture into ice pop plastic tubes or small freezer bags, leaving a little space at the top. -
Seal the tubes
Tie the ends tightly with a knot or use rubber bands. -
Freeze
Place them in the freezer for 4–6 hours, or until completely frozen.
