Taco Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1/2 cup water
8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Tortilla chips, crushed (optional, for topping)
Directions:
Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add Taco Seasoning and Sauce: Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato paste, and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
Combine with Spaghetti: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce mixture.
Add Cheese and Sour Cream: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream until the cheese is melted and everything is creamy and well combined.
Serve: Transfer to serving plates and top with chopped green onions, black olives, and crushed tortilla chips if desired.
