Taco Ranch Bites
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/2 cup sour cream
Optional toppings: chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced jalapeños, diced onions
Directions:
Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring to coat the meat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well-seasoned.
Combine Cheese & Ranch: Remove skillet from heat. Stir in ranch seasoning and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly mixed.
Prepare Crescent Cups: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent roll dough and press each triangle into the bottom of a mini muffin tin, pressing gently to form cups.
Fill & Bake: Spoon the beef mixture into each crescent cup, filling just to the top. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Add Toppings & Serve: Top each bite with a small dollop of sour cream and any desired toppings, like tomatoes, lettuce, or jalapeños.
