1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 cup crushed tortilla chips (for topping)
Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning and prepare according to the package instructions. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Combine the Dip Base:
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Rotel, green onions, and olives (if using).
Add the cooked taco-seasoned beef and mix until well combined.
Assemble the Dip:
Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.
Top with crushed tortilla chips.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies.
