Taco Hissy Fit Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (such as Rotel), drained
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
Tortilla chips, for dipping

Directions:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and the drained diced tomatoes with green chilies to the beef. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar and Mexican blend cheeses. Mix until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a baking dish (9×9 or similar).
Layer the beef mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and Mexican blend cheeses over the top.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions and sliced olives if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
