Taco Hissy Fit Dip
Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup crumbled tortilla chips or Doritos (optional for crunch)
Salsa (optional for serving)
Jalapeño slices (optional for extra spice)
Directions:
Prepare Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Layer the Dip: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of a serving dish (a 9×9-inch dish works well).
Add Toppings: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture, then layer on the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
Garnish and Serve: For extra crunch, sprinkle crumbled tortilla chips or Doritos on top. Garnish with salsa and jalapeño slices if desired for added flavor and spice.
Chill: Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together before serving.
