🍽️ How to Make Surf & Turf Garlic Noodles

1️⃣ Cook the Noodles

Boil noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. Toss lightly with sesame oil to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Sear the Steak

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add steak cubes, season lightly with salt and pepper, and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

In the same pan, add remaining oil. Toss in shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with steak.

4️⃣ Build the Garlic Sauce

Lower heat to medium. Melt butter in the pan and add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin (if using), black pepper, and sesame oil.

5️⃣ Toss Everything Together

Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic sauce. Return steak and shrimp to the skillet and toss gently until heated through and evenly coated.
