SUMMER WATERMELON LEMONADE
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh watermelon (seedless, cubed)
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
1/2 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
2 cups cold water
Ice cubes (as needed)
Mint leaves (for garnish)
Lemon or lime slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Blend Watermelon:
Add the cubed watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp (optional, for a smoother texture).
2. Mix Lemonade:
In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, fresh lemon juice, and honey/simple syrup.
Stir until the honey dissolves completely.
3. Add Water & Chill:
Pour in the cold water and mix well.
Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon as needed.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. Serve:
Fill glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the watermelon lemonade over the ice.
Garnish with fresh mint, lemon or lime slices, and extra watermelon chunks if desired.
