Ingredients
For the crust layer:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
For the cheesecake layer:
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
For the strawberry layer:
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/3 cup strawberry jam or glaze
Extra fresh strawberries for topping
For the whipped topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Make the crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Spoon a few tablespoons into the bottom of each parfait glass and press lightly.
2. Prepare the cheesecake layer:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in the whipped cream. Spoon or pipe over the crust.
3. Make the strawberry layer:
Toss sliced strawberries with strawberry jam or glaze. Layer over the cheesecake filling.
4. Add whipped topping:
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spoon on top of strawberries.
5. Finish and chill:
Top with crushed crumbs and fresh strawberries. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving
