SUMMER STRAWBERRY APPLE PUNCH

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

1½ cups cold apple juice

1 cup cold strawberry juice or nectar

½ cup sweetened condensed milk (or adjust to taste)

1 cup cold water

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Ice cubes (as needed)

Optional toppings: extra sliced strawberries, apple chunks, mint leaves



Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine strawberries, apple slices, apple juice, and strawberry juice. Blend until completely smooth.

2. Add sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and lemon juice. Blend again briefly to combine.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more condensed milk or a splash of juice if needed.

4. Pour the punch into a large pitcher.

5. Stir in ice cubes and fruit slices (extra strawberries and apple chunks) for texture and presentation.

6. Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
