Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust, bakedĀ
1 cup sugarĀ
1 ½ cups waterĀ
¼ cup cornstarchĀ
1 lb fresh strawberries, slicedĀ
1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin (Jello)Ā
Instructions:Ā Bake the Crust: Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions, then set aside to cool.
Ā Prepare the Filling: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water. Slowly whisk in cornstarch, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Ā Thicken the Mixture: Continue stirring for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and turns slightly clear.
Ā Add Gelatin: Remove from heat and whisk in the strawberry gelatin until fully dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Ā Add Strawberries: Once cooled, add sliced strawberries to the gelatin mixture, stirring to coat the strawberries evenly.
