Ingredients:

2 large eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Lemon Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon strawberry jam or puree
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (more as needed)
Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for added tang)

Directions:
Prepare the Cookie Dough:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated and a thick dough forms.
