Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or freeze-dried, chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: Fresh strawberries for garnish (if using fresh)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Pan
Line the Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray or butter.
2. Melt the White Chocolate
Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
3. Add Flavorings
Mix in Vanilla and Salt: Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
Fold in Strawberries: Gently fold in the chopped strawberries. If using fresh strawberries, make sure to pat them dry to avoid excess moisture.
4. Pour and Chill
Pour the Mixture: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
5. Cut and Serve
Remove from Pan: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the overhang of parchment paper. Place on a cutting board.
Cut into Squares: Use a sharp knife to cut the fudge into small squares.
Garnish: If desired, garnish with fresh strawberries on top.
