Steak Skewers with Rich Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
1 lb beef steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly add milk, whisking to avoid lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour cheese sauce over cooked macaroni.
For steak bites, heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Sear steak cubes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness.
Serve steak bites alongside mac ‘n’ cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley.
