Spicy Steak Ramen Noodles

Ingredients:
8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Prepare Noodles: Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Cook Steak: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, and beef broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Combine: Add the cooked noodles and steak to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
