2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust for spice level)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
For Garnish:
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
Marinate the Steak:
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the steak slices, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and water. Set aside.
Cook the Ramen Noodles:
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Vegetables:
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender but crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cook the Steak:
In the same skillet, heat another tbsp of oil. Add the marinated steak slices in batches and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Combine Everything:
Lower the heat to medium. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the sauce and cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the cooked noodles, steak, and vegetables. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
