🍤🔥 Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry
Sweet heat, glossy sauce, and crisp-tender veggies — this fast shrimp stir-fry is better than takeout and ready in just 20 minutes. Sticky honey garlic sauce clings to every bite for a seriously addictive weeknight dinner!
📝 Ingredients
For the Stir-Fry

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Spicy Honey-Garlic Sauce

3 tbsp honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
-
1–2 tsp chili flakes or chili paste (adjust heat)

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water (slurry)
🍽️ Directions
1️⃣ Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar (or lemon juice), garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies
In the same pan, add broccoli, onion, and bell pepper.
Stir-fry 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
4️⃣ Add Sauce & Thicken
Pour in the honey-garlic sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce turns thick and glossy.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Add shrimp back to the pan and toss until fully coated.
Cook 1 more minute, then remove from heat.
