👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Veggies
Boil corn and potatoes until tender, about 10–12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Seafood
In a skillet with a little butter, cook lobster tail and shrimp just until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Sear the Sausage
In the same pan, sear sausage slices until golden and lightly crispy.
4️⃣ Build the Cajun Butter Broth
Melt butter in the pan. Add garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and chili flakes. Sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
5️⃣ Cook the Ramen
Add ramen noodles directly into the sauce (add a splash of water if needed). Cook until noodles are tender and glossy.
6️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
Layer noodles into a deep bowl. Top with lobster, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, and boiled eggs. Spoon extra Cajun butter broth over everything.
7️⃣ Finish & Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot and messy—the best way.
