🍲 Southern Brown Gravy
Ingredients
• 3 tbsp pan drippings or butter
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups chicken broth
• ½ tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• Black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. In the same skillet, add drippings or butter over medium heat.
2. Whisk in flour and cook 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
3. Slowly whisk in broth until smooth.
4. Season with Chef Bae Seasoning and black pepper.
5. Simmer until thick and glossy.
6. Spoon generously over pork chops.

🥔 Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 4 tbsp butter
• ½–¾ cup warm milk
• ½ tsp Chef Bae Seasoning

Instructions
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
2. Drain and mash with butter and warm milk.
3. Season with Chef Bae Seasoning.
4. Top with warm brown gravy.
