Ingredients
• 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
• 1½ tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup cornstarch
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• Oil for frying

Instructions
1. Pat pork chops dry and season both sides generously with Chef Bae Seasoning.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Dredge pork chops in the flour mixture, pressing the coating on well.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Fry pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked.
6. Remove and rest briefly while you prepare the gravy.
