S’mores Dump Cake
Ingredients:
1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
Prepare Cake Mix: In a medium bowl, prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions, using the required amount of water, eggs, and oil.
Layer the Ingredients: Pour the prepared cake batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the cake batter, then drizzle with the melted butter.
Add Marshmallows and Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
Pour Sweetened Condensed Milk: Evenly pour the sweetened condensed milk over the entire mixture in the baking dish. It will seep into the cake and help create a gooey texture.
Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through and the marshmallows are golden brown. The top should be bubbly and the edges slightly crispy.
Serve: Allow the cake to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. It’s best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
