S’mores Crunchwraps

Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup whipped cream or cream cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Mix well to combine.
Assemble the Crunchwraps:
Place a large flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream or cream cheese in the center (if using). Spoon a portion of the s’mores filling onto the tortilla.
Fold the Tortilla:
Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center to create a sealed wrap. Make sure to fold over all sides, securing the filling inside.
Cook the Crunchwraps:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush with melted butter. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Serve:
Once both sides are crispy and golden, remove from the skillet and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.
