π Slow Cooker Cracker Barrel Fried Apples
Warm, sweet, and buttery apples just like your favorite country restaurant!

3β4 lbs apples, peeled and sliced into wedges (Granny Smith or Fuji work great)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
ΒΌ cup brown sugar
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
ΒΌ cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Prep the Apples:
Peel and slice apples into wedges. Place them in the slow cooker.
2. Mix the Flavor Base:
In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
3. Combine Everything:
Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the apples. Drizzle with melted butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir to coat evenly.
4. Slow Cook to Perfection:
