Tender and Juicy Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts with Herbs

🛒 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Juice of ½ lemon (optional, for brightness)

Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Pour chicken broth into the bottom of your slow cooker.
Season the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, thyme, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture over the chicken breasts.
Add to Slow Cooker:
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, ensuring they’re nestled in the broth.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Optional Step – Finish with Lemon:
Just before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top for a light, bright finish.
