SLOPPY JOE QUESADILLAS

👨‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef (and onion/bell pepper if using). Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

  2. Add the sauce:
Stir in the Manwich Sloppy Joe sauce. Simmer for 5–8 minutes until thick and saucy. Remove from heat.

  3. Assemble the quesadillas:
Lay tortillas flat. On half of each tortilla, sprinkle a layer of cheese, add a scoop of sloppy joe meat, then top with more cheese. Fold over to close.

  4. Grill until crispy:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.

  5. Slice & serve:
Cut into wedges and serve hot. Great with sour cream, ranch, or even extra Sloppy Joe sauce for dipping 😋

💡 TIPS & VARIATIONS

  • Swap Muenster for cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend.

  • Make it spicy: add hot sauce or jalapeños 🌶️

  • Air fryer: Cook at 190°C / 375°F for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • These reheat great in a skillet or air fryer for extra crisp.
