🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated croissant dough or puff pastry sheets

  • ½ cup lump crab meat, drained

  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled & chopped (reserve a few whole shrimp for topping)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

👩‍🍳 How to Make It

1️⃣ Prep the Dough Cups

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lightly grease a muffin tin.

  • Roll out croissant dough or puff pastry and press each square into muffin cups, forming a deep well.

  • This is your buttery, flaky base to hold all the seafood magic.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy Filling

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, chopped shrimp, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.

  • Mix until smooth and creamy — packed with flavor!

3️⃣ Fill and Top

  • Spoon the seafood mixture into each dough cup.

  • Place a whole shrimp on top for presentation.

  • Brush exposed dough with egg wash for a golden-brown finish.

4️⃣ Bake ‘Til Puff & Golden

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until the croissant cups are puffed and golden.

  • Tops should be melty, cheesy, and perfectly baked.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

  • Serve warm for brunch, appetizers, or game-day bites.
