📝 Ingredients (Serves 2)

For the Shrimp

  • 250–300 g shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh lime juice (to finish)

For the Mango Salsa

  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • ½ red onion, finely chopped

  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: minced jalapeño or chili for heat

For the Lime-Chili Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp chili flakes or hot sauce

  • ½ tsp honey

  • Pinch of salt

For the Bowls

  • Cooked rice, quinoa, or mixed greens

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)

  • Cucumber slices

  • Lime wedges, for serving


🍽️ Directions

1️⃣ Make the Mango Salsa

In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss gently and let rest for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

Season shrimp with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

3️⃣ Prepare the Lime-Chili Sauce

Stir together yogurt (or mayo), lime juice, chili flakes, honey, and salt until smooth and creamy.

4️⃣ Assemble the Bowls
