Shrimp and Mushroom Casserole with Cheesy Bread Crust 🍤🍞
A creamy and cheesy delight packed with shrimp and mushrooms!

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, and sauté until mushrooms are tender.
3. Add shrimp, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
5. Transfer the shrimp mixture to a casserole dish.
6. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with the remaining cheese, then sprinkle over the shrimp mixture.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
