Ingredients:
2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 carrots, julienned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions:
Cook the Ramen Noodles:
Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, but slightly undercook them by 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Stir-Fry:
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Combine and Season:
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately and enjoy the quick, savory meal.
