Savory Marry Me Salmon

Savory Marry Me Salmon

Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
5. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spoon some sauce over each fillet, and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
