Rich & Moist Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients
For the Cake:
1 cup (240ml) hot coffee or hot water
1 cup (240ml) buttermilk
1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Ganache:
3/4 cup (180ml) heavy cream
1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Optional: chocolate curls or shavings for garnish

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prep Pan:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a bundt pan generously.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together coffee, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Add Dry Ingredients:
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until smooth and well combined (batter will be thin).
4. Bake:
Pour into the prepared bundt pan.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Let cool 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
5. Make Ganache:
Heat cream until just simmering, pour over chocolate, let sit 1 minute, then stir until glossy and smooth.
6. Decorate:
Drizzle cooled cake with ganache and top with chocolate shavings.
